Light & Matter 3D is a sole trader business operating in Australia. Our products are 3D printed using FDM technology using food-safe PLA filament unless otherwise stated.

All products are made to order unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in size, colour, and finish may occur between items. Product images are for illustration purposes.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for standard shipping. We currently do not ship internationally.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do. We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
